We only collect data necessary to maintain system security and support server configurations. This includes your registered profile identity (e.g., name, email address), billing telemetry gathered by our localized credit processing gateway, and sub-orbital connections (IP address, login times, browser configurations) required for secure access to the admin daemon.
2. Vector Processing
Data processed by Dark Pixel Hosting is utilized to authenticate login access to server clusters, manage billing protocols, evaluate performance latencies, and prevent malicious automated exploits (botnets). We do not record or monitor inside-server activity (your player files, specific in-game chats, or community database transactions) unless explicitly requested during deep support debugging.
3. Third-Party Integrations & Relays
We share analytical datasets with reputable third-party processors to run the infrastructure safely: payment processing nodes (e.g., Stripe) to capture transactions securely, and content delivery networks (e.g., Cloudflare) to shield our site from volumetric denial-of-service incursions. We do not under any conditions trade, rent, or vend user data profiles to digital marketing agencies.

All data parameters are saved behind hardware layers with enterprise encryption configurations. Access to administration systems is tightly partitioned to critical personnel, requiring multi-layered token validations. Backups of your profile configurations are held on offline redundant arrays for disaster restoration cycles.
5. User Telemetry Rights
You retain total authority over your profile metrics. You may at any point request a clean export of all account files, petition modifications to outdated operational metrics, or request complete purging of all account nodes and user database entries. Some legal transaction telemetry must persist under accounting and tax laws.
