Terms of Service.

Please read this document carefully before provisioning any virtual server nodes. Utilizing Dark Pixel Hosting implies complete systemic acknowledgment of all operational terms described below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By initiating, configuring, or using a server node via Dark Pixel Hosting (also referred to as 'our services', 'the service', 'we', or 'us'), you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are immediately prohibited from accessing or using our servers.
2. Billing and Subscription Models
All nodes are provisioned on a subscription basis. You will be billed automatically based on your selected billing interval (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Subscriptions will automatically renew unless terminated 48 hours prior to the next billing cycle. Failure to pay will result in immediate suspension, followed by deletion of all stored server storage after 7 days.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You are solely responsible for the content deployed on your node. You must comply with all local, national, and international laws. Specifically prohibited activities include: hosting malicious software (botnets, malware, spyware), running crypto-currency miners, carrying out DDoS attacks against other networks, or hosting pirated content. Violation will result in immediate termination without refund.
4. Node Resources and SLA
While we guarantee 99.99% uptime for core network routing, individual hardware resources are subject to fair use constraints. CPU, RAM, and NVMe throughput allocation limits are actively enforced. Intentional attempts to overload host systems or bypass resource governors (e.g., hypervisor breakout) are strict grounds for immediate, permanent service cancellation.
5. Limitation of Liability & Backups
We implement multi-cluster redundancy; however, we do not guarantee absolute safety of your server files. You are strongly advised to keep off-site backups using our automated snapshot configuration panel. In no event shall Dark Pixel Hosting or its hardware vendors be liable for data loss, server configuration corruption, or lost community donations.
